over 200 standards ballots, a process by which proposed standards are
voted upon for technical reliability and soundness.

the technical diversity of its 20,000 plus participants, consisting of
technology leaders from around the globe, including individuals in corporations,
organizations, universities, and government agencies. Through their collective
